Oviedo is the first spanish city with disc golf facilities. The department of Parks & Recreation has been very helpful and given us two incredible parks to install the courses. The parks are located in opposite parts of the city and have different profiles both when it comes to topography and users.
Parque de Invierno is a small park, and one of the most visited by the public. It has many amenities including, among other things, a climbing wall, a skate park, a running track and a rugby field.
Purificación Tomás is located in the hills around the city, in the Monte Naranco. This is less visited park, with great views of the city, and has great drops in altitude that have been used in the design of the course.
