Two days into Stage 1 registration, there are quite a few people registering with insufficient rating. Those players will receive a mail explaining the situation and asking them to re-register once Stage 2 opens Sunday the 28th of October 00:01.
Please check your rating before registering, and remember the requirement for Stage 1 is:
MPO/MA1/MA40 players with rating above 950
